The nonprofit Triangle Aquatic Center will be celebrating 10 years of service to the Triangle community on October 28th from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM.  More than 300 people are expected to attend the event at TAC to celebrate the success of the largest nonprofit public aquatic facility ever built in the country without one dollar of tax funding.

Wake County has grown by more than 30% since TAC opened and there will be a special announcement at the celebration about the “I Swim For…” campaign to build additional aquatic facilities on the 24 acre aquatic campus in Cary.

There will be food and beverages provided by TAC Sponsors and a Reverse-Raffle for a 2017 Chrysler Jeep Patriot worth $25,000.  100% of the net proceeds will fund TAC’s scholarship programs such as the Make-A-Splash program providing free life-saving swim lesson to financially disadvantaged families.  Tickets to the celebration and additional information can be found at www.triangleaquatics.org .
